Raise funds through the sitting fees. Each family will pay $100 to book the session; $50 will go directly to the school, and $50 will go towards their photo order.
- This fee entitles the family to a 20-minute portrait session.
- A minimum of 30 high-resolution, digitally edited images to choose and purchase from.
- A private online proofing and ordering gallery for family & friends to view and order from.

· I photograph 10 families per day, 20 familes per weekend. At $50 a family and 20 families a weekend that's $1,000 directly to YOUR school!
· We can do Fall and Spring fundraisers to accommodate everyone in the school.

A great way to have the beautiful portrait you’ve always wanted of your family (at a huge discounted price) while raising funds for your school.
Fundraise for your school or group by offering a gift everyone will love and cherish. School photo fundraising is the most innovative and successful way for your organization to raise much-needed funds.

WHERE DO WE TAKE THE PHOTOS? 

For my schools I always suggest a park near by or the school grounds. This is where the kids feel most comfortable and when they look back on the photos in the future it will give them a great memory of school, friends and family. I book these sessions in the fall September/October and in the spring April/May. These tend to be our best weather months and the light is great all day long.


I am now offering Winter backdrop sessions (sometimes our fall can be full of rainy weekends!) These can be booked after classes in a classroom or even in a hallway at your school!

WHEN DO WE TAKE THE PHOTOS?

Outdoor sessions book on the weekends, we start at 10:00am until 3:00pm. Backdrop sessions I would suggest 5:00 - 8:00 at your school, October to November.

WHAT CAN THE PARENTS PURCHASE?

Digital images, prints (packages with both), Christmas ornaments and enamel camping mugs are available to purchase.

WE ALREADY HAVE A SCHOOL DAY PHOTOGRAPHER.

That's okay! I specialize in the family portrait experience. I am also a school day photographer and am happy to bring this fantastic fundraiser to your school and families.

WE ALREADY DECIDED ON OUR FUNDRAISERS THIS YEAR.

Photo fundraising requires minimal effort. It’s a great compliment to already existing scheduled fundraisers.



WHAT DOES THE SCHOOL HAVE TO DO?

Very little. I will provide all the marketing materials. The school gets the word out through word of mouth, newsletters, and e-mail.

DO WE HAVE TO SIGN PEOPLE UP OR SCHEDULE THEM?

I will set-up an online portal for parents to sign-up and pay the booking fee. The school will be presented with a cheque for the fundraiser. It’s easy and convenient.

DO WE HAVE TO COLLECT ORDERS?

Nope! Orders are viewed and made online. Each families gallery is hosted on a private, unlinked, and uncrawled site. Any print orders will be delivered to the school for distribution 10 days after the galleries close.

HOW DO WE GET MORE INFORMATION?

I can be reached 10am - 5pm via email (info@amywilliamsphotography.ca) if you contact me outside of these hours I will get back to you the following day. I am always available for an in-person presentation.
