Raise funds through the sitting fees. Your school/PAC will set the sitting fee I suggest $20-$40 per family. This fee entitles the family to a 20-minute portrait session, a minimum of 30 high-resolution, digitally edited images to choose from, and purchase in a private online proofing and ordering gallery for family & friends to view and order from.
· 100% of the money from sitting fees are retained by your school!

· I photograph 10 families per day, 20 familes per weekend. At $30 a family and 20 families a weekend that's $600 directly to YOUR school!
· We can do Fall and Spring fundraisers to accommodate everyone in the school.

A great way to have the beautiful portrait you’ve always wanted of your family (at a discounted price) while raising funds for your school.
Fundraise for your school or group by offering a gift everyone will love and cherish. School photo fundraising is the most innovative and successful way for your organization to raise much-needed funds.

WHERE DO WE TAKE THE PHOTOS? 

For my schools I always suggest a park near by or the school grounds. This is where the kids feel most comfortable and when they look back on the photos in the future it will give them a great memory of school, friends and family. I book these sessions in the fall September/October and in the spring April/May. These tend to be our best weather months and the light is great all day long.


In 2022 I will be offering Winter backdrop sessions (sometimes our fall can be full of rainy weekends!) These can be booked after classes in a classroom or even in a hallway at your school!

WHEN DO WE TAKE THE PHOTOS?

We can set up sessions after school in the fall until 4:30 as the sun starts to set earlier and in the Spring until 5:30. We can also book sessions on the weekends. Backdrop sessions I would suggest 4:30 - 7:30 at your school, October to November.

WHAT CAN THE PARENTS PURCHASE?

Digital images, prints (packages with both), Christmas ornaments, coffe mugs, enamel camping mugs and thermo water bottles are available to purchase.

WE ALREADY HAVE A SCHOOL DAY PHOTOGRAPHER.

That's okay! I specialize in the family portrait experience! I am also a school day photographer and am happy to bring this fantastic fundraiser to your school and families.

Photo fundraising requires minimal effort. It’s a great compliment to already existing scheduled fundraisers.



WHAT DOES THE SCHOOL HAVE TO DO?

Very little. I will provide all the marketing materials. The school gets the word out through word of mouth, newsletters, and e-mail.

DO WE HAVE TO SIGN PEOPLE UP OR SCHEDULE THEM?

I will set-up an online portal for parents to sign-up and pay the sitting fee. The school will be presented with a cheque for the fundraiser. It’s easy and convenient.

DO WE HAVE TO COLLECT ORDERS?

Nope! Orders are viewed and made online. Each families gallery is hosted on a private, unlinked, and uncrawled site. Any print orders will be delivered to the school for distribution 10 days after the galleries close.

HOW DO WE GET MORE INFORMATION?
