I am a completely online operation. Families are linked to password-protected online ordering galleries. Galleries are set up by grade, homeroom, advisory, or any other grouping that makes sense for the school. Each child will be provided 5-10 images in a vertical orientation, presented in both colour and black and white. The family may choose which photos they want printed, rather than having a single pose chosen for them by the photographer.

· A detailed webpage describing all ordering procedures and shooting day preparation will be provided to each school for parents.

· Prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the school for distribution.

· Providing all equipment needed for photo day. Nothing is needed from the school other than class organization at photo time.

· Group photos for each class, or class composites, using the best photo of each child and teacher.

· Products offered to order: metal Christmas ornaments, metal keychains, magnets, lustre prints, and digital images for future printing and archiving.

· Handle any questions from parents and families about ordering and products.



· There is no cost to the school to book my photography services.

· Local: I've been a photographer here in the Tri-Cities for over 25 years and am not part of a large chain.

· Highly experienced and vaccinated. Safety is my top priority.

· Will have hand sanitizer on hand at all times and regularly disinfect my equipment.

· More personalized experience: spending minutes, not seconds, with each child to ensure the most authentic expressions are captured.

· Parents have control over which photos to order instead of hoping the photographer picks the best one of their child.

· Forget collecting envelopes! From proofing to checkout, ordering is all done online. I take care of everything and deliver perfectly packaged portraits to your school for distribution. 

· Privacy: Each school’s gallery is hosted on a private, unlinked, and uncrawled website.



Up to 100 children can be managed in a single day. For schools with more students, multiple days or sessions may be required (please contact me to discuss the size of your student body).



Who doesn't love photos of siblings? Parents may bring in younger or older siblings for photos if they don't attend the same school. This is always a special bonus for parents when they receive their photo galleries.



I have competitive rates, and there is no money due up front and no charge to the school itself. I offer a variety of collections and à la carte products to fit everyone’s needs.



Each school’s gallery is hosted on a private, unlinked, and uncrawled site. Parents who may have additional privacy concerns will be given the option to opt-in to an individual, private and password-protected gallery for their children. Opt-ins will be submitted by the parent in writing before picture day.


· I will need student rosters no later than two weeks prior to photo day to prepare for the shoot.
· I will need an area cleared before arrival to set up a backdrop and lights, and access to an electrical outlet
· Parents can pre-register for the gallery notifications, but not all do! The school agrees to send out parent information documents as well as notifications about photo galleries being released. I will supply you with all the information to send to parents.



Most schools choose to offer their sessions in the fall and/or spring. If you have an idea in mind, book early so as to ensure your preferred date is available.
