I never force a smile and simply aim to capture the character of the children I photograph. No forced poses or faces, just your authentic child. The results are genuine portraits on a simple grey or black background. By providing a light and fun experience for your children, I create an environment where your kids can relax, enjoy the moment and be themselves.

WHAT IS FINE ART SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY?

I am a completely online operation. Families are linked to password-protected online ordering galleries. Galleries are set up according to grade, homeroom, advisory, or whatever grouping that makes sense for the school. Each child will be provided 6-8 images, in a vertical and landscape orientation, presented in both colour and black and white. The family may choose the photos they want printed, as opposed to having a single pose chosen for them by the photographer. 
· A detailed PDF describing all ordering procedures and shooting day preparation will be provided to each school for families.

· Prints are ordered online and delivering them directly to the school for distribution.
· Providing all equipment needed for photo day. Nothing is needed from the school other than class organization at photo time.

· Group photos for each class, or class composites using the best photo of each child and teacher.
· Products offered to order: metal Christmas ornaments, dry erase boards, metal keychains, magnets, 15oz ceramic mugs, lustre prints and    digital images for future printing and archiving.
· Handle any questions from parents and families about ordering and products.
· Provide the school with images to use in yearbooks, school materials, school IDs, or any other way they'd like to use the photos.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

· There is no cost to the school to book my photography services!
· Local: I've been a photographer here in the Tri-Cities for over 15 years and not part of a large chain.
· Highly experienced and vaccinated. Safety is my top priority!
· Will have hand sanitizer on hand at all times and regularly disinfect my equipment.
· More personalized experience – spending minutes not seconds with each child in order to ensure the most authentic expressions are captured.

· Parents have control over the choice of which photos to order instead of hoping the photographer picks the best one of their child.

· Forget collecting envelopes! From proofing to check out, ordering is all done online. I take care of everything and deliver perfectly packaged portraits to your school for distribution. 
· Privacy: Each school’s gallery is hosted on a private, unlinked, and uncrawled website.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FINE ART SCHOOL PORTRAITS VS TRADITIONAL SCHOOL PHOTOS?
 

Up to around 100 children can be managed in a single day.  For schools with more students multiple days or sessions may be required (please contact me to discuss the size of your student body).

HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?

I have competitive rates and nothing is due up front, all profit is made from ordering. There is no money due up front and no charge to the school itself. I offer a variety of collections and a-la-carte products to fit everyone’s needs.

ARE YOUR IMAGES EXPENSIVE?

Each school’s gallery is hosted on a private, unlinked, and uncrawled site. Parents who may have additional concerns about privacy will be given the option to opt-in to an individual private and password protected gallery for their children. (Opt-ins will be submitted by the parent in writing prior to picture day.)

WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY CONCERNS?


Most schools choose to offer their sessions in the Fall and/or Spring. With the donation I give back to the school some have used these photo shoots as a fundraiser, others have booked me just in time to get images back for the holiday season. If you have an idea in mind, book early as to ensure your preferred date is available.
